Please tell us which iPhone model and iOS version you are on, and what you were doing when the problem happened. It saves a round trip.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Astrology and tap Cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
If you were charged unexpectedly, Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Open the plans screen in the app and tap Restore purchase. This asks Apple which subscriptions your Apple Account owns and unlocks them again. It is the right move after reinstalling the app or changing phones.
If it still does not unlock, write to us — do not buy a second subscription.
That is fine, and the app is honest about the consequence. Without a birth time the Ascendant and the houses cannot be calculated, so the app omits them instead of guessing. Everything that does not depend on the time — the planets and their signs — is still calculated exactly.
Almost always this is the birth city or the time. To fix them, open the app settings (the gear on the Today tab) and tap Redo birth details. The city matters because it sets the time zone and the historical daylight-saving rules for the day you were born.
In the app settings (the gear on the Today tab), tap Redo birth details, then Erase and start again. This removes your birth details from the device and from iCloud Keychain.
Do this before uninstalling: deleting the app alone does not remove them, because they are kept so your chart comes back if you reinstall.
We do not have accounts. The only thing stored on our server is the tarot consultations of subscribers, encrypted. To have them deleted, use the form above. Details in the Privacy Policy.
By design. The card is drawn deterministically for you and for that date, so it does not change if you close and reopen the app. There is no "draw another" button, because a draw you can repeat until you like the answer is not a draw.
