These Terms of Use govern your use of the Your Sky in Words: Astrology app on iPhone and Android (the "App"), provided by CodeBaseStudio ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App calculates your birth chart on your device, shows a daily reading for your Sun sign, draws one tarot card a day, and — with a subscription — offers readings written for your chart and other premium content.
Astrology and tarot are tools for reflection. The content in the App is offered for personal reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice, and it does not predict events. Do not use it as a substitute for a qualified professional, and do not make important decisions based only on it.
Some readings are written with the help of artificial intelligence, based on the astrological configuration calculated from your data. We review how this content is produced, but we cannot guarantee that every text is free of errors.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
The App draws one tarot card per person per day. The draw is final for that day by design; it cannot be repeated.
You agree not to copy, resell, or redistribute the App's content for commercial purposes; not to reverse engineer the App or our servers except where the law allows it; not to bypass subscription checks or automate requests to our servers; and not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App, its texts, illustrations, card artwork, design, and software belong to CodeBaseStudio or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, under these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may share readings with friends for personal, non-commercial purposes using the App's sharing features.
Your birth date, time, and place are processed on your device and are not sent to our servers. How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy: iPhone · Android.
We work to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Content that depends on our servers — such as daily readings — may be temporarily unavailable. We may change, add, or remove features. If a change materially reduces what an active subscription includes, we will tell you in the App before it takes effect.
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions you make based on its content, or for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law, including the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law 8.078/1990).
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it and cancelling your subscription in the store. We may suspend access to our servers for anyone who violates these Terms.
If these Terms change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and publish the revised version at this URL. For material changes, we will also notify you in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brazil, without prejudice to the right of consumers to bring a claim in the courts of their own domicile.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content.
